Professor Agnew is the author of Worlds Apart: The Market and the Theater in Anglo-American Thought, 1550-1750 (1986) and, most recently, co-editor of A Companion To Post-1945 America (2002).
His graduate courses include “Power: Historical and Theoretical Approaches,” “The American Century, 1941-1961,” and “Interdisciplinary Approaches to the History of Capitalism and Culture.”
