Maya Jasanoff to give master’s tea talk as 16th annual Bosworth lecturer, October 30th

Presented by the Frank K. Bosworth, Jr. ‘45 Memorial Lecture Fund & the Department of History, Maya Jasanoff, Professor of History at Harvard University, will present, “On the Wrong Side of Revolution: American Loyalists and the British Empire” as a Master’s Tea, hosted by Calhoun College.  The tea will take place on Wednesday, October 30th at 4:00pm.

Professor Jasanoff’s latest book Liberty’s Exiles: American Loyalists in the Revolutionary World was honored with the National Book Critics Circle Award for nonfiction (2011) and the George Washington Book Prize (2012).

Since 1998, the Frank K. Bosworth, Jr. ‘45 Memorial Lecture Fund has supported lectures by outstanding scholars and writers in the field of American history.
